Essential Poetry Vol. 1: George Herbert (Digital E-Book)

I've collected twelve of my favorite poems from one of my all time favorite poets, George Herbert, and compiled them into an e-book, along with a few personal reflections on the poet and his work.

George Herbert was an Anglican priest who died in 1633. His poems were published posthumously and have been beloved for generations. I'm deeply inspired by the combination of craftsmanship and passion evident in these poems. After spending time with his poetry, one gets the sense that not only is the poet in love with his God, but his God is quite something to behold. I was so happy to put together this little primer, and hope you'll find it useful.
